(Exterior Insulation Finish System – EIFS)

Stucco is a multi-layered EIFS that is used on both commercial buildings and homes. It provides superior energy efficiency and reduces moisture penetration. In today’s society, energy efficiency is becoming increasingly important social and economic requirement, and the EIFS system can be an effective home energy-saving alternative. Once installed, this system is virtually maintenance free, and cost competitive.

Unlike concrete and brick exteriors, EIFS stucco exterior is designed for flexiblility and made to withstand rising or falling temperatures; thereby, making this system crack resistant.

EIFS Stucco has been used for over a century as a surface finish. It is recognized among architects and builders for its great design flexibility. The vast variety of colours, textures, and architectural detailing, such as arches, cornices, columns, keystones and other decorative accents enable architects and builders to create a striking, distinctive appearance for any building or residence.
